To enhance the visibility of the Alliance and its member organizations and to promote networking with local, national, regional, and international like-minded partners, the Advisory Council of PARAAN decided in May 2023 to establish an independent secretariate, which is based in Nanyuki. The secretariate is supposed to implement the strategy outlined in the PARAAN Strategic Plan 2023/2026.
